To be an ISF certified dealer you must feature video calibration, audio calibration and system automation with
custom installations. All ISF certified dealers go through a
detailed training education and certification process on video
and audio calibration techniques for high-end components.
Dealers must have a video analyzer from Sencore and an
spectrum analyzer from Audio Control.

Lucasfilms Certification Program
To be a THX Lucasfilm certified dealer you must have been
certified by the THX Training Program that familiarizes home theatre retailers with the research, concepts, underlying technologies and hands-on experience that comprise the Home THX System. The
training process takes place at the world renowned Skywalker Ranch and at the Lucasfilm THX headquarters. Certified dealers know how to install, and tune Home THX Audio/Video Systems.
To be certified you must have taken the exhaustive training
courses that cover THX Technologies, Home Theatre Acoustics, Home THX Set-up and Tuning, THX Theatre Alignment Program (TAP), THX Digital Mastering Program (DMP), System Troubleshooting,
and Room Equalization. |
