How awesome are Digital Projection Projectors?

Our ProjectorsOne of our favorite product manufacturers, Digital Projection International (DPI), has teamed up with Integrated Visions Productions to create some stunning illusions. Using a single Lightning 45-1080p projector, they projected this video on the DPI warehouse.

Technology over the years has been able to produce some incredible feats. One of the most recent feats, known as “3 Dimensional Mapping”, is blending the boundaries between the real world and imagination. By creating a digital model of a real world place and then distoxrting images being fed to a projector to match the model, video can be projected on the real world objects. When this is accomplished and displayed, the effect is astounding. Anything projected within the frame of the real world object jumps into reality, as if not projected at all.

DPI manufactures projectors, like the one used in the video, that are the top of the line in projector technology. The astounding quality of the picture that they project is limited only by the input. If these projectors can give such amazing quality on the back of a building, imagine how great your movie or football game will look! We have a DPI Mvision Cine 260-HC in our showroom and we would be happy to give you a personal demo. We love it, and we’re sure you will too.

All the best,

Brian Bergherm
