I was amazed that I got it down to 15Hz. sine wave ! It IS rated to 16Hz by Velodyne. At 14Hz, it went quiet however.. Mind you, these subs are very LOW power (250 watts) compared to what is being made today with very SMALL drivers of 10″ or 12″ such as yours running into the 1000′s!…

I installed a new theater (living room type) for my neighbors. I had them order a Definitive sub.. It has ONE 10″ driver with TWO passive 10″ radiators to the sides and a 1300 watt amp. That little thing kicks the crap out of a room measuring 14x20x10′ !!! During my tests after the first day hook up, there was a crash in one of the 7′ tall display cases………Yup, a glass figure had fallen over, but lucky,

i love this brand, i have 4 685′s and they are great but moving media into a larger room and want to get the ct7.5s but cant find prices on them nor a place to hear them maybe will check out this place.

I saw Jethro Tull last weekend. They were better than I have seen them in years. Martin Barre was awesome on guitar and the music selection was great! Encore was Locomotive Breath, one of my all time personal favorites!

I saw the Stones this weekend, performing on Ed Sullivan for a PBS fundraiser. Talk about Raw! Was Mick ever that young? KR had no wrinkles!
later they showed a clip where The Doors were banned for singing the phrase “Couldn’t get much Higher”. Was I ever that young?

I was never a big Doors fan, but I have to admit Morrison was the personification of cool, even in B&W.

It amazes me that a musician with such a limited number of years in his career has such an expansive catalog of music. Also amazing is that these recordings were kept under wraps for over 30 years! Fantastic album.
